The first phase of our onboarding begins with an enrollment call. During this call, we will get you access to our comprehensive training and support platforms, as well as our intuitive intake portal, where we’ll collect all the required information needed to get your software and Service Bureau setup and launched. 

Once your intake is complete, you’ll dive right into the Service Bureau Accelerator foundations module within our on-demand video training platform. In this module, we cover all the fundamental aspects of running a successful Service Bureau, such as addon fees and service bureau fees, clarifying how they are passed down to your subsites.

To wrap up your onboarding experience, we will invite you to a live Service Bureau Accelerator kick-off call. During this call, we will review the foundations training, reinforcing your knowledge of fees and revenue generation as a Service Bureau and discussing your roles and responsibilities as a Service Bureau. Lastly, we’ll determine your personalized road to success, outlining the next steps to jump-start your Service Bureau and set you on the path to achieving your goals.
